  • Simon Haines Founder & CEO

    Simon is a pioneer in the field of people data analytics, with 25 years international experience helping global corporations to become more successful – including GSK, HSBC, Nestle, BP, SAB Miller, Vodafone, Zurich and Publicis. Prior to founding Simply, Simon created and ran the People Analytics practice at Deloitte and led their workforce planning business worldwide.

  • John Guy Co-Founder & COO

    John owns our intellectual property and technology, and how we deploy that to deliver client business outcomes. John’s able to do that as he’s spent his career helping senior leaders use data on people to make big decisions, including some of Europe’s biggest workforce strategy and transformations.

  • Stephanie Rice Head of Marketing

    Stephanie has over 30 years experience, 9 of which at Board level, in marketing, brand development and retail strategies. She was Marketing Director for Budgens for 6 years and following the successful acquisition of the business by Musgrave Ireland, went on to become  Musgrave UK Marketing Director for 2 years.

  • Stuart Astill Chief Economist

    Stuart is an LSE PhD – a statistician and economist whose experience leading thought on strategy and evidence in UK, European and global contexts means he goes well beyond mere numbers to take ‘economics’ into the service of the real world.

  • Ian Grant Head of Customer Results

    Ian joined Simply as Head of Customer Results to build and drive consistency of delivery and value across all Simply clients. He has over 15 years’ experience in HR including 10 year in people analytics for large multi-national organisations.

  • Kolyo Kolev Head of Global Data Science Team

    Kolyo leads a global team of top-tier data scientists solving business problems with the power of analytics, science and machine learning. Kolyo is equally comfortable coding algorithms or engaging senior executives in the boardroom.

  • Tim Stoller Head of Commercial

    Tim has extensive experience in Commercial, Client Delivery, Marketing, and Insight roles. He spent 7 years at the BBC leading the strategic and marketing direction of Radio 5 Live, implementing marketing communications plans across BBC News and BBC Sport and launching digital radio stations.

  • Caroline Anderson-Davies Head of Business Operations

    As Head of Business Operations at Simply, Caroline has responsibility for Finance, Legal and Compliance, HR, Office Management and events. She began her career in the advertising industry where, over the space of 15 years, she was responsible for the planning and production of multi million-pound campaigns for leading brands.
