    Ian joined Simply as Head of Customer Results to build and drive consistency of delivery and value across all Simply clients. He has over 15 years’ experience in HR including 10 year in people analytics for large multi-national organisations including Deutsche Bank and Credit Suisse.

    He most recently led people insights and reporting at Sky UK. Ian’s passion is data, insights and story telling and how these can be used to generate business performance improvements for organisations
