Founded in 2016 by people analytics and workforce planning experts, our team are innovators in people analytics. As a trusted provider to major organisations across all industries, we deliver to the most stringent quality and security standards and operate to the highest ethical principles.

John Guy, CEO
John loves getting stuck in to solve business challenges using people data. A 15-year veteran of people analytics and workforce planning, he helps keep the strategic focus for skills transformation. He has led companies to get the right skills across technology, engineering healthcare, transport, financial services, government and professional services sectors. When not building technology, he’s collaborating with business leaders, partners and customers to build relationships and innovate new solutions. A practitioner by heart, his background blends in-house, consultancy and vendor experience. He loves scenarios and systems thinking.
Paul Morton, Chairperson
A commercial and go-to-market executive with deep expertise in HR and L&D strategy. Paul brings focus and experience from global enterprises and startups, where he has scaled operations, launched new markets, and built strategic partnerships. He is also the CEO of the Practical Leadership Academy, partnering with businesses to drive growth through innovative management development programs.
Kelle Green, Customer Success
With two decades of experience in project management for data-driven digital products, Kelle makes sure data and software drive huge value for Simply’s customers. A relationship builder by nature, she takes an empathetic approach to customer and partner success. Her ears are always open to customer needs, helping simplify solutions and embed them into business. A committed mental health advocate and young person’s mentor.
Naman Tripathi, Data Engineering
A seasoned ‘full-stack’ data engineer and analyst, who excels in designing, implementing and optimizing AI and machine learning solutions and data pipelines, transforming raw data into actionable insights. By bridging the gap between data infrastructure and business intelligence, Naman delivers meaningful insight that drives informed decision-making for business and HR leaders. Owns the data architecture and automation for Simply’s data and software solutions.
Milo Boucher, Insight Engineering
Transforms complex labour market data and end-customer data into skills insights for senior leaders. Charged with building scalable analytical solutions that drive value for the world’s biggest companies, Milo deploys his broad technical skill set across mathematics, network science and software engineering. Plays a product leadership role at Simply, driving forward our product roadmap and leading our Generative AI solution development.
Caroline Anderson-Davies, Business Operations
Our business operations leader, Caroline makes sure Simply runs like clockwork, from HR to finance ops and information security management. Drawing on 20 years of experience in ad-land, she convenes our communities and partner networks to come together and collaborate. Likes nothing more than hosting a big event, whether at work or at home.
