Simply announces John Guy as CEO
Simply Get Results Limited, (‘Simply’), a leading global talent intelligence solution provider, today announced the promotion of co-founder and COO, John Guy, to the role of Chief Executive Officer. John replaces his co-founder Simon Haines who has served as CEO since 2016. Learning industry veteran, Paul Morton, continues as Chair.
Unveiling the news, Simon highlighted that Simply could not be in safer hands, having built the business from the ground up with John. “John and I founded Simply to help major employers and their people to remain relevant in the changing world of work. I’m incredibly proud of the progress the team have made and thankful for the support of our customers, partners and shareholders. This is the right time to hand over the reins, and I’m excited about John’s vision, the new upcoming partnerships and the next product and data enhancements.”
Founded by former Deloitte Consulting alumni, Simply helps major employers with the insight they need to get the right skills to deliver their business strategy. A ‘skills intelligence’ platform, Simply provides the data, tools and services to enable companies to become more skills-based organisations. Customers include global consultancy KPMG, leading fintech Finastra and biotech Jazz Pharmaceuticals. Simply partners with internationally recognized advisors including KPMG and The Training Room Online.
John takes over as CEO having successfully led Simply’s Product and Data solutions, helping major global employers to design their skills strategy, build out their skills and job architecture, and implement workforce plans and actions which fill skill gaps. A workforce planning and labour market expert, John has 15 years’ experience using data insight to transform FTSE100 and Fortune 500 companies.
